Where it started…
inFusion Consulting is a boutique consulting firm with over 19 years of industry experience. We were founded when our President, Iris Marrero, felt called to increase her philanthropic impact by sharing her gifts in management and fundraising with the community.
After working in the corporate world for many years, Iris joined His House Children’s Home (HHCH) in 2002 as their Director of Development. In 2016, Iris transitioned into working as a Consultant for HHCH, at which time she set out on a mission to serve the nonprofit sector in a greater capacity by sharing her experience as an innovator and leader in the industry. She now helps nonprofits strengthen their fiscal responsibility by expanding their footprint in the community.
Today, inFusion Consulting stands out as a leader in the fundraising arena, helping nonprofit organizations unlock new opportunities for growth, sustainability, and fundraising effectiveness. We serve as an extension of your fundraising team, collaborating to develop strategies that deliver results while helping organizations align resources to fund, measure, and achieve their desired outcomes.
